Tulipa Leen Van de Mark
A magnificent Triumph tulip with cardinal red, egg-shaped flowers with a yellow edge which fades to white, Tulipa Leen Van de Mark flowers from mid-April into May. The broad leaves are mid-green, and the flowers have a white centre. Tulip Leen van der Mark should be planted in November, to avoid the fungal disease tulip fire, but can be planted as late as Christmas. Ideal for bedding, it can also be planted in pots, and makes a splendid cut flower. A very striking tulip.
