Thymus Silver Posie
We love this Thyme because it is such a perfect balance between an ornamental and a culinary plant – it looks perfectly in its element in the ornamental border as well as in the kitchen garden. Silver Posie has more of an upright growth habit than creeping thymes, with gorgeous grey-green foliage and small purple flowers in whorls in late Summer. In cooler areas, the leaves can turn partly burgundy. A great dual-purpose plant.
